Paper Submission


Overview

The submissions should contain original, high quality work, not submitted or published elsewhere.

All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of ECPPM2024. Proceedings will be published by CRC Press / Balkema and listed in Scopus, Web of Science, etc.


Abstracts (500 to 800 words; no figures) of proposed papers should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than the abstract submission date.  Authors will be invited for submission of full-lenght conference papers by the Conference organizers.

Full-length papers are invited for submission in the period from 08-March-2024 to 03-April-2024.

Final acceptance will be based upon review of the full-length paper which must be received before the corresponding deadline.


Abstracts and full-length papers should be submitted electronically (via Conference Tool). Full papers are accepted in MS-WORD (*.doc/*.docx) or PDF (*.pdf) format and should conform to EAPPM template (double-column, 12-point Times New Roman font size, 13 point line spacing, 6 - 8 pages).

The consent form for publication will be part of the submission process in the
Conference Tool.


Submission Guidelines

Submissions are accepted online through https://www.conftool.com/ecppm2024/

Abstract and Paper Submission Steps:

  • Create a ConfTool user account.
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email account.
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
  • Log in with your username and password under "Registered Users".
  • Select "Submit Contribution" (standard version) or go to "Your Submissions" and select the type of contribution you want to submit. Click on "Start a new submission" on the top right to enter the submission process.
  • Please enter all required details for your contribution into the submission form and proceed.
  • Until the submission deadline, you can update your contribution details, upload new versions of the manuscript or withdraw the contribution.


Camera- ready papers

The camera-ready papers can be added in the ConfTool in the submission of the full paper. Please consider the reviewers' comments and in particular ensure that the final version of the paper follows the formatting of the template.
